Large-format, multi-paned steel windows are deeply recessed within the masonry, creating a play of light and shadow that emphasizes the facade’s depth and structural permanence.

     The transition from the smooth, dark commercial base to the textured, narrow-format bricks provides a clear functional hierarchy. The four-bay window arrangement maintains the historical verticality of the streetscape while utilizing clean, minimalist detailing.
