Park & Ride

Front view | Night mood

This multi-level Park & Ride facility is a study in balancing biophilic design with industrial functionality, featuring a dynamic façade of undulating, perforated metal ribbons that wrap the structure in organic waves. These metallic bands create a rhythmic play of light and shadow during the day, partially veiling lush vertical gardens that soften the building’s concrete core and promote natural ventilation.

The architectural narrative shifts dramatically from day to night:

Daytime: The scene is characterized by crisp, natural global illumination, highlighting the contrast between the clean white finishes and the vibrant green textures of the climbing plants.

Nighttime: The facility transforms into a glowing urban beacon, where integrated linear LED strips trace the curvature of the façade in cool blue and white tones, while warm, recessed spotlights emphasize the verticality of the circulation cores and pedestrian wayfinding.

The attention to detail in the ArchViz—from the realistic asphalt textures with scattered leaf debris to the motion-blurred vehicles—grounds the conceptual design in a believable, atmospheric environment.
