The building’s massing utilizes a clean, curving modernist geometry with deep horizontal concrete floor plates that extend into generous, wrap-around terraces on the upper level, acting as both informal breakout spaces and passive shading devices. The ground floor is dominated by a completely transparent structural glass curtain wall, effectively dissolving the boundary between the internal learning spaces and the expansive public plaza. By raising the primary volumes on a recessed plinth and incorporating a dramatic timber-clad soffit, the architecture guides visitors naturally toward the entrance while introducing a warm, natural texture that counterbalances the sleek minimalism of the white composite panels and glass.
