The site plan features a grouping of robust, orthogonal pavilions with distinctive saw-tooth and steeply pitched metal rooflines that pay direct homage to regional agricultural barns and greenhouses while maximizing north-facing daylight distribution inside. The primary volumes are wrapped in a dual-material scheme: crisp white panels define the educational zones, while contrasting charcoal-grey corrugated metal facades clad the high-clearance research workshops and machinery bays. Interspersed between these structures are multi-tiered experimental greenhouses and dedicated crop beds, seamlessly integrating active agricultural test sites into the student circulation paths and central campus courtyards.
From an ArchViz perspective, the visualizations excel at handling massive environmental assets and varied surface physics under crisp, mid-day skylight. The rendering team has effectively captured a realistic summer atmosphere, casting sharp, deep-seated shadows beneath the building overhangs that emphasize the crisp geometric massing of the pavilions. Material mapping is incredibly precise; the reflective glass facades of the main buildings and greenhouses contrast beautifully with the matte, textured finish of the corrugated cladding and the warm wood paneling under the entrance canopies.
